IT organizations insist on receiving an SLA for services delivered by a service provider. In today’s increasingly complex IT environment of mobile applications, virtualization, cloud, and SDN, organizations have been reluctant to offer an SLA internally to their organizations’ business and functional managers.
However, most report that the internal SLAs they offer are relatively weak and do not have the tools to effectively manage them.
Today, most load balancers/application delivery controllers (ADCs) work on a best-effort approach and are shared by several applications. Most importantly there’s no real ability to ensure SLA.
Attend this webinar to learn why managing internal SLAs for one or more business-critical applications is extremely important to your business functions and IT organization and how you can utilize Radware to deliver, monitor, and manage application level SLA and web performance optimization even while under cyber-attack.
