Linda A. Lyding
Linda Lyding was appointed to her current Executive position of Director, GTS Mobility Services in October of 2013.

Linda provides global leadership for offering strategy, development and management of IBM's MobileFirst portfolio. Prior to joining the Global Offering Management and Development organization in 2012, Linda held executive positions within IBM's NA Sales organization, Complex Engagement Services and Delivery Services. Her responsibilities and experience span across solution design, IT technical and operations support, business operations and controls, customer service center, transition/transformation, contract initiation services, as well as; client satisfaction and services excellence, governance, quality assurance and risk management for IBM’s services business. Linda often represents GTS offerings, services and capabilities to clients, analysts, business partners and our internal IBM Brand teams.

Prior to joining IBM in 1989, Linda held a variety of key technical and leadership positions with Eastman Kodak and Blue Cross/Blue Shield of NY. Linda has an AAS degree in Business Management and is a certified Executive Level Project Manager in IBM.

Stacey Christopher Ramos
Mr. Ramos is the global offering executive for information technology mobility consulting services at IBM. He is a respected technology and consulting professional with over 20 years of experience at large and small companies representing a suite of products which help a diverse customer base improve capabilities, gain efficiencies and lower costs. He has proven ability to help companies achieve long-term goals, deliver financial results, promote both corporate image and client success, develop successful sales and delivery teams and reinforce corporate values and support the brand via innovative strategies and tactics. He is an established manager capable of effectively leading a functionally diverse global team in the development, deployment, adoption and profitability of a wide range of product offerings.

Mr. Ramos is a confirmed principle and executive consultant in IT Cost and Value Management and a “Core” member of the IT Optimization Community of Practice. He has over 20 years of total IT experience, including roles as a software developer, consultant, sales and business development. His customers include the largest global organizations throughout the world, as well as small practices serving their local communities. He led the team that developed the data center strategy for the IBM CIO office.

He has sold and led large scale engagements in the communication, distribution, financial, government, industrial and retail sectors. He has extensive experience as the lead consult to prepare project plans, coordinate service delivery, manage vendor negotiation, conduct client interviews and workshops and prepare financial models and strategic plans to all levels of executives

Mr. Ramos received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from New Mexico State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business Management.

Mr. Ramos has published multiple articles and presented at global conferences as an industry leader on consulting practices and data center strategy. Also, he has been awarded six Patents for consultative analytics and object oriented programming techniques in the areas of IT growth projections, resiliency analysis and business value creation.
