Jonathan helped catalyze Dell’s evolution from “offer-based” to “customer-based” selling, through his taxonomy work in Dell’s CRM and associated transformational sales training efforts. Jonathan has also developed new analytical approaches to measure complex solutions sales, which are now foundational to standard reporting processes. Jonathan has a Bachelor in Russian Language & Literature from the University of Texas, and a Masters in Marketing & Entrepreneurship from the McCombs School of Business.
