Erik manages the WebSphere Strategy team with a focus on Cloud, Platform as a Service, Mobile, and emerging programming models. Erik has had several roles at IBM including Product Management for WebSphere Application Server and as a Mergers and Acquisitions analyst where he drove mobile strategy through the acquisition of Worklight. Prior to joining IBM, Erik spent seven years in IT consulting where he specialized in Web application development and business intelligence systems. Erik has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Marc Haberkorn is Senior Product Manager of IBM's PureApplication System. He is currently driving cutting edge advancements in IBM's cloud portfolio. He holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Penn State University. Marc previously owned IBM Workload Deployer. He also has a background in software development, having worked as a software engineer in the WebSphere Technology Institute, contributing to architecture and implementation of emerging WebSphere technologies.
